PROJECT OVERVIEW
Grace Davenport is an artist brand centered on illustration- and pattern-led design, with a focus on sustainable, nature-inspired, and educational creative work. The project involved developing original illustrations and surface patterns alongside a cohesive visual identity system.
DESIGN FOCUS
Illustration and pattern design served as the foundation of the brand. Typography, color, and layout were developed to support and elevate the artwork, creating a flexible system suitable for products, merchandise, and digital applications.
DESIGN APPROACH
All visual assets were created in-house, including illustrations, repeat patterns, and brand applications. The system was designed to feel warm, approachable, and consistent across multiple formats while allowing the artwork to remain the primary visual voice.
OUTCOME
The final work demonstrates an illustration-driven brand system integrating pattern design, typography, and color into a cohesive and adaptable identity. The project highlights strengths in surface design, visual storytelling, and translating artwork into functional brand applications.
